Coding in the Classroom
Today the technology mentor came to visit our class and teach us a little bit about coding. The students were quick learners and had a great time practicing their math with technology.
Taking Time to Remember - A number of students shared their writing and our choir sang beautifully to honor and thank our veterans for their sacrifices.
Career Week
Thank you to our two guests who came in for career week. We were able to hear about a day in the life of a nurse, learn about IVs, listen to our heartbeat and we also learned about a day in a bakery. Thank you both for coming in!

Yesterday, we painted our unique dots and today we Skyped with a Grade 4 class at ACS Hillingdon International School in England. We shared our dot art, Ms. McCurry read us a book called Beautiful Oops! and all the students had a chance to introduce themselves. We hope to do more projects with our new friends throughout the year.
